Our Staff

KAREN LETKOWSKI is the Director of Training and Continuing Education for Carlson Systems and its affiliate companies and the guiding light behind our “Carlson College“.

She has been in the field of adult education for more than 17 years and is still excited about what further education can do for the people in our organization. From the beginning, Karen and her team have built a program that is providing many opportunities for the attendees and the company.

Karen is married to Brett and she has three children: Nathaniel Malachi, Paula, and Jack. Karen enjoys camping and fishing with husband Brett and son Jack and tells us she believes that being in the great outdoors with her family is a great stress reliever. And, when the cold north winds blow across the plains of Kansas, she thoroughly enjoys quilting, a recently acquired hobby. She says she is absolutely in love with the artistic values as well as the finished product.

WYNDI BUSICK serves as part time logistics coordinator and administrative support. Wyndi is responsible for coordinating the classrooms, and managing the supplies, and materials utilized during classes at the college. She is based out of Wichita, and works closely with Karen and Wendy and in the ongoing development of courses and materials as Carlson College continues to grow and develop great education materials.

Wyndi and her husband Dustin have three children: two sons, Zach and Colton, and one daughter Kynadi. Wyndi cherishes time spent with her family and is very involved in church and youth ministry with her husband. She enjoys remodeling her home, working in the yard, bargain hunting and eBay!
